Mr. Holland, President of the Firm, has a broad range of practical experience to complement his legal training and experience. He has developed a residential real estate subdivision, has bought and sold a number of properties and is active in the commercial cattle feeding business.

Mr. Holland retired as a Brigadier General in the New Mexico National Guard. He served as Chief of the Joint Force Headquarters Staff for the State of New Mexico. He was the task force commander in 2005 in charge of all New Mexico National Guard troops deployed as a result of Hurricane Katrina and was commander of all National Guard troops on the New Mexico/Mexico border. Holland has more than 5,000 hours of jet-fighter time in the A-7 and F-16 aircraft with extensive combat time over Bosnia and Iraq. He is also a licensed commercial pilot with Delta Air Lines.
