Holland Law P.C. provides a wide range of business-related legal services. Martin K. Holland, President of the Company, graduated in the top 10% of his class from the United States Air Force Academy in 1976 and spent 29 years flying fighter aircraft in the United States Air Force and the New Mexico Air National Guard. Holland retired as a Brigadier General in the New Mexico Guard and was the Chief of the Joint Staff for the State of New Mexico.

Holland received his master's degree in Business Administration with a 4.0 GPA in 1982 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1986.

Holland Law P.C. represents a number of large real estate development and construction firms. The Firm provides legal assistance related to various real estate development activities, including a number of large real estate development projects in New Mexico.

The Firm was involved as developer’s counsel for the creation of the first Public Improvement District in the state and works with a number of real estate development and construction companies.

The Firm is also extensively involved as general counsel for Ultramain Systems, Inc., a software development business with offices in New Mexico, London and Hong Kong. The Firm has significant experience negotiating, memorializing and enforcing contracts with a number of large international airlines including Virgin Atlantic Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Cargolux Airlines and Emirates Airlines.
